These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Geselle and to all agreements concluded between Geselle and the customer via this webshop.

Prices listed on the website are in euros, including VAT. Any shipping costs will be listed separately during the checkout process.

All products are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to change products or prices at any time.

Orders can be placed online through our webshop. After payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
We accept payments via the payment methods offered in the webshop. Your order will only be processed after payment has been received.

We do our best to ship orders within 2-5 business days.

In accordance with Article VI.44 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, we bear the risk of loss or damage during transport until you or a third party designated by you physically receives the goods.

If your package arrives damaged , please report this within 48 hours of receipt to charlotte@geselle-be.com , along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will then provide a suitable solution (exchange or refund).

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise this right:

• charlotte@geselle-be.com stating your name, order number and the item you wish to return.
• You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product, unless it was delivered defective or incorrectly.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized products or perishable goods) are clearly stated on the product label.

We are not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

We are not liable for delays or failures in the performance of our obligations due to force majeure, such as strikes, fire, pandemics, transport problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.
